Trademark Opposition must be distinguished with Trademark Objection. Trademark Objection means objection raised by the Registrar of Trademarks under its ex-officio examination of the Trademark Application.

Trademark Opposition is the opposition or say objection raised on the registrability of the trademark by general public.
